DOJ Releases Previously Withheld Epstein FBI Files Describing Woman's Accusation That Trump Sexually Assaulted Her at Age 13

On March 5, 2026, the Justice Department published 16 pages of previously withheld FBI documents describing multiple interviews with a woman who accused Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her as a teenager after being introduced to him by Jeffrey Epstein.

The documents — FBI interview summaries from 2019 — describe the woman's account that around 1983, when she was approximately 13 years old, Epstein introduced her to Trump. According to the FBI email summarizing the claims, Trump “subsequently forced her head down to his exposed penis which she subsequently bit. In response, Trump punched her in the head and kicked her out.”

The documents had been withheld from previous congressionally mandated Epstein file releases. The DOJ initially claimed they were marked “duplicative” by mistake. However, an NPR investigation found that the DOJ had removed or withheld dozens of pages of Epstein files specifically related to sexual abuse accusations mentioning President Trump — raising serious questions about whether the withholding was deliberate obstruction.

This release follows weeks of controversy over the DOJ's handling of Epstein documents. Earlier releases showed the FBI conducted four interviews with the woman between July and October 2019. Attorney General Pam Bondi had previously claimed there was “no evidence” connecting Trump to Epstein's crimes, despite these documented FBI interviews existing in DOJ files. Trump has denied all wrongdoing related to Epstein.
